Meet Cassie!
Born and raised in the Ozark's, I am proud to call Southwest Missouri home. Growing up in a large family taught me the value of hard work, communication, and showing up for the people who count on you. Those lessons have shaped the way I serve every client today.
Real estate is much more than buying and selling homes to me. It is about educating, advocating, and helping people make confident decisions during one of the biggest financial investments of their lives. My goal is to make sure every client understands their options, feels informed throughout the process, and has someone in their corner from our first conversation through closing and beyond.
One of my greatest passions is education, both for my clients and for myself. The real estate industry is constantly changing, and I believe my clients deserve an agent who is committed to staying ahead of those changes. I regularly attend continuing education, conferences, and industry training to sharpen my skills and better serve those who trust me with their biggest investments.
I am a 2025 Leadership Academy graduate through the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and currently serve on the Education Advisory Committee, helping develop educational opportunities for fellow Realtors throughout our community. I also serve as the Marketing Director for the Southwest Missouri Women's Council of Realtors, where I enjoy promoting leadership, networking, and professional growth within our industry.
I have earned several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and ePRO, allowing me to better serve first time buyers, seniors, and clients navigating today's digital real estate world.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with family, enjoying the Ozarks rivers, planning my next beach vacation, serving at my church, or hanging out with our two dogs, Ollie and Dax, who definitely keep life entertaining. I am probably one of the few people you'll meet who openly admits I am not a hugger, but I will absolutely celebrate with you when we get you to the closing table.
