We're Chuck and Cassie Torp, and we're the husband and wife team behind The Torp Team.

People ask us all the time how we work together. The truth is, it just works. We each have different strengths, and instead of trying to do the same job, we lean into what we do best. That means our clients get the benefit of two full time Realtors who are always working together behind the scenes to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The Torp Team wasn't created because we wanted to build a huge team. It was created because we wanted to serve people well. As our business grew, we realized we could provide an even better experience by combining our strengths. Today, that's exactly what we do.

Cassie is the planner, the educator, and the one who probably has a color coded checklist for everything. She loves marketing, negotiations, strategy, and making sure clients understand every step of the process. She'll probably have three backup plans before you even know you need one.

Chuck is the people person. If you've met him, you know he can make a friend anywhere. He brings the fun, keeps everyone laughing, and has a way of making even the most stressful moments feel manageable. He's passionate about helping first time buyers and educating people on down payment assistance through OzarksDPAPro because he believes more people deserve to know homeownership is possible.

Together, we balance each other out.

One of us is probably thinking three steps ahead. The other is making sure everyone is smiling along the way. Somehow, it works really well.

One thing you'll never have to wonder is who's helping you. When you hire The Torp Team, you get both of us. You're not getting handed off to an assistant you've never met or passed from one agent to another. We work together on every transaction because we believe our clients deserve two people looking out for them, not just one.
