Meet Chuck!
Originally from Michigan, I know exactly what it's like to relocate to a new place, learn unfamiliar neighborhoods, and figure out where you truly belong. More than 20 years ago, I made the move to Southwest Missouri, and today I am proud to call the Ozarks home. That personal experience gives me a unique perspective when helping families relocate because I've been in their shoes.
I believe buying a home should be exciting, not overwhelming. My goal is to make the process approachable, enjoyable, and as stress free as possible. Whether you're moving across town or across the country, I love helping people discover everything that makes the Ozarks such a great place to live.
If you've watched any of our videos, you've probably noticed I'm usually the one having the most fun. I genuinely enjoy being in front of the camera because it gives me the opportunity to educate people in a way that's easy to understand. One of my biggest passions is helping first time homebuyers realize that homeownership is possible. That's what inspired me to launch **OzarksDPAPro**, a resource dedicated to educating buyers about down payment assistance programs, affordable financing options, and the many loan programs available throughout Southwest Missouri. Too many people believe they need a huge down payment to buy a home, and I love showing them that there are often more opportunities than they ever imagined.
Building relationships has always come naturally to me. I love meeting new people, making connections, and helping clients feel like they're working with a friend instead of just another Realtor. Around here, I'm usually the one who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll probably find me cheering on my Detroit Lions, watching just about any sporting event, spending time with our boys Caleb & Andru and our granddaughter Hazel, hanging out with our dogs Ollie and Dax, serving with my men's group at church, or searching for the next great local burger. If you need a burger recommendation, I'm your guy. If you hear 90s rap playing, there's a pretty good chance I picked the playlist.
As a Michigan guy with a heart for the Ozarks, I love welcoming new people to the place my family now calls home.
